Activation

I am just about to by windows xp second hand and they only
used it once, will I be aloud to activate it whn it
arrives or what will I have to do to let them activate it
thanks heaps
 
you have to have the key, If it's been over 120 days it
will activate on-line, if not then it's automated phone
call, you punch the # in and they will give you the #'s
back.
