Activation

We recently bought a new computer and I've removed all our
programs from the old computer and have installed them on
our new computer. But, now Outlook 2002 won't let me
activate the program because it says it's already
activated on another computer. What do I need to do to
get to activate on the new computer?

I just finished going throught the same thing and finaly
solved the issue.

At the activation window select activate by telephone and
a window will pop up with your user ID.

Call the Activation number: 1-888-571-2048

When asked if I was regerstering Office XP I said no and
then it gave me 5 more options which I replied no to as
well. Then it asked me for the name of the product and I
said Outlook 2002.
They asked me to input my ID number or other method.
I said other method and I was then connected to a live
person who gave me my new ID number.
It took only about 10 minutes total.
