Activation program fails

Two weeks ago I reinstalled Windows on my computer after
a hard drive failure, as I didn't have internet access at
the time I didn't activate straight away.

However I have now tried to activate but the program
crashes straight away and I get an error
saying "Microsoft Out of Box Experience has failed". Is
there any way to get around this as I really don't want
to have to reinstall Windows and everything else again?
