Activation-How do I stop the insanity?

I stopped following this thread days ago because it got too personal,
but I wanted to let everyone know that I just put in my new video
card. I did not get the activation screen upon reboot.

My 1gig memory will not be here until Tuesday though.

LOL! PA is particularly flakey with RAM upgrades.

any problems thus far and I only upgrade memory modules as and when I
get throw-aways from my university.

1.5GB and had no problems", you might have a point.

I would give you the incomplete error codes that that result from PA,
but you are worth it, as anyone reading your drivel will see you opinion
as nothing but misplaced backslapping.

and you need to wrongly put down people's intelligence in order to build

PA problems have nothing to with intelligence, unless you count in
greed, and a need to control others as negative intellingence traits,
and then it isn't the End Users intelligence that is in question, but
Microsoft's executives that came up with the PA concept.
