Activating the quick launch trough registry or policies

We are deploying 500 Windows XP SP2 machines, default the quick launch area
is disabled.

If have tried to find the registry key with Regmon, but this was not
succesfull.

Ik found that the registry setting "TaskbarWinXP" could have something to
do with
this.[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Desktop]

Does anyone have a clue about this, maybe i missed or overlooked something.

Thanks!!!

This is a known problem. Only working solution I know is running an
AutoIt Script on first logon of the user.

Problem is: This is stored in the registry hive of the user. If the user
does not already exist, you can' t apply the setting. And this is NOT
copied from Default- or Admin user when using sysprep.
