Actionpack 2003 Frontpage Activation Problems - Trial

Anyone having problems with the Frontpage 2003 ActionPack Subscription activation? It says it is a trial and expired in June. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the full version (actionpack) and it still says it expired in June.
 
If it's a trial it is limited
- contact your license admin or partner for a full license version

Normally the Actionpack Trials say "120 Day Evaluation Copy" on the CD. This one does not.
