Acrobat Reader 7.0

Sorry if I've posted this on the wrong group, but hopefully someone can give
me a bit of advice here.

I have Acrobat Reader 7.0 installed and I cannot get PDF files to open from
Internet Explorer. I don't know if it's a pop-up blocker - the Yahoo one I
have installed isn't showing that it's blocking pop-ups.

I also have Kerio Personal Firewall and Spybot Search and Destroy installed,
so I don't know if it's them that's causing the problem (which, incidentally,
is only recent).

It's getting more than a little bit frustrating!!!! HELP!!

Thanks,

Alison

You can right click the *.pdf link and save the file to your machine. And
then open the file(s) from there.

I never open a *.pdf file with IE.

Open spybot in the advanced mode, click on the plus (+) for the tools listing
then click on the BHO's icon,is their a green checkmark for adobe reader?
something similar to...AcrolEHprObj.class? It should be there.
Perhaps it was removed (or disabled) by mistake if it is their but NOT in
bold lettering try clicking the toggle icon in the upper left corner of
spybot.

Have you tried uninstalling rebooting then reinstalling Adobe?

Hi,
Try uninstalling and installing acrobad reader again, simple solution but
many times this fixes minor problems.
