System Restore

Hello, I was having trouble reading PDF files and I downloaded adobe reader
7.0 and I removed adobe acrobat 4.0 by mistake. I cannot bring up pfd files
now with the reader. Can system restore be used to bring back the adobe
acrobat 4.0 and will it affect any newer programs that were installed several
days later(Ad-aware which I paid for and an updated version of spybot search
and destroy)? Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....ER

Yes you can use system restore to get back adobe acrobat 4.0 and
Yes you will lose those 2 programs you mentioned that were installed
afterwards.

You may not lose them *if* you have the original program setups stored away
somewhere. Or you could copy the folders from Program Files to My Documents,
do a SR then copy & paste them back after.
