Acrobat Problem with IE

When I open up a pdf in ie, it opens up fine. It displays
fine.
When I close out of the window, it generates an exception
error in pdf.ocx. Will continue for a little while then I
have to reboot as the system "hangs" I am using IE 6

Any Ideas Please
