Acrobat I.E. Helper does not shutdown when exiting the
internet. I tried the Acrobat website but they pointed
me to Microsoft. Could not get help there. I checked
the service control manager and found the error The
mrtRate service failed to start. The system can not find
the file specified. Where do I get the file to correct
this? I have Windows XP Home Edition.

Dorene,
Try uninstalling Adobe and installing a fresh copy?
Do you have Quicken installed? (near the bottom of page)
