Acrobat distiller printing

Using office 2003 & Addobe 5
I am unable to print (save) any of my files from Word or Excell through the
Acrobat distiller print opption.
With document finished i go to print, acrobat distiller option comes up ok.
I select
put in save file name with .pdf extension.
Hit print button.
Error message comes up
"This document failed to print on Acrobat distiller"
Word crashes at this point.

Anyone got any idears how to get this print option working?.

Did you install the last update to Acrobat 5?
I suspect you need to reinstall Acrobat - and if you continue to have
problems, check with Adobe's own support forum.
