Acessing Shared BCM Contacts Offline

I access BCM from another person's machine and I am looking for a way to
"easily" gain access to those contacts when I am offline (not connected to
our LAN). Is there a 3rd party software option that will "synchronize" my
Business Contacts to a an Outlook folder so I can access the information on
my laptop when not connected - similar to how I can access my normal Outlook
contacts offline?

BCM Database does not have an offline status and the client needs to be
connected to the server where the BCM Database resides for the user to use
BCM.
