I bought a monitor one year ago, and it works in a diffuse way now.
I asked for a new product because I've still 2 years of garantie. The
Acer Support Centre told me that there is no way to get a new product.

that is not good
if it's still under warranty you should complain !

i have a MAG lcd monitor that developed a bad image after two years...
it had a one year warranty but i was allowed to return it and for about
1/4th
the price of a new one, they sent me a new replacement

3 year warranty on monitors normally means that if the monitor fails within
a month of purchase it will be replaced with a brand new one. If it fails
after one month and before 3 years is out it will be replaced with a
refurbished monitor.
