account users

I have tried to set up an account for a new user. when I
do this, and log onto the new account's screen I can't
seen to log off. I have created other accounts
successfully, but can't seem to get any more. currently
I have my account, and two others along with a guest
account. can someone please help me with this?

It's unbelievable that this program cost so much and has
no free support with it! I am so frustrated with Windows
XP Home, I wish I would have just stuck with Windows 98.

Could you provide more details on what is preventing you from logging off?
An error message?

As for support - if Windows XP came with your computer, check with your PC
manufacturer for how they handle software support. If you purchased Windows,
