account problem

i was having problems with xp pro. so i reinstalled it. once that was done, i
could access only a limited amount of programs. i couldnt get into the old
account, which has all of my music and everything else on it. im assuming its
because the account was private when i reinstalled windows. if there is a way
around it, for the love of god please help me. thank you
 
I hope FTLOG you don't mean encrypted?
Are you in the administrators account or group?
