When I type a path in the address bar, (e.g. C:\Doc) then it should
automatically display at the bottom the existing directories that
begin with your input, but I somehow disabled it (had a nasty Trojan
run into my system) so it must've been ****in' around my settings.

Where do I enable this feature, again?

Problem solved. Damn you guys are useless. Without the help of a
knowledgable pal, I never would've guessed that I had to enable
AutoComplete in INTERNET ****IN EXPLORER for the function to work in
Windows Explorer.

You are still playing stupid-----and you're winning. You're also a bigot.
Auto complete is NOT set in Internet Explorer. It is set in Internet
Options.
