Accessory folder repair/reinstall

I some how deleted my winxp accessory folder. I could not find it in
the recycle bind. Is there a way to reinstall just accessory folder
back. I tried reinstalling it using add/remove programs. Add/remove
programs put the accessory folder back but there are no programs inside

of the accessory folder. Is there way to reinstall the accessory folder

with out doiing a complete repair of windows or reformatting and
reinstalling winxp?
