Accessing Sys Restore

Ok...

after my last question about my Win XP Pro HDD only booting in WIN98, but
then failing to boot properly in taht also ... I have now managed to access
the HDD with XP Pro on it, via my HDD using Win98

So....

Where do I (or should that be CAN I) access the system restore command on
that XP HDD, to restore XP back to before my major crash?

Or - any other ideas to fix that issue, so I can now bot up back in XP Pro.

System Restore is available via Programs>Accessories>System Tools.
