How do you access your mail from a PC other than the one you set up Windows
mail on? All of my mail is being routed to Windows live such that if I access
my e-mail server at a remote location nothing is in the inbox. Can a copy
remain at the server and still be captured by Windows mail?

On most servers, yes. Under Windows Mail, click on Tools, then Accounts,
then your email account, then Properties, then Advanced. If there's no
check mark in the box before Leave a copy of messages on server, click
on this box, then Apply. It's a good idea to also select one of the methods
of eventually deleting the messages from the server, then click Apply.
Click OK, then Close. Do the equivalent in any other email programs and
on any other machines you access your mail with.

The best way would be to use your email provider's web interface to email.
