Accessing Another Computer

I live in Seattle. My parents live in Ohio. They are not knowledgeable to
make even the simplest of changes to their pc and call me with questions.
Doing tech support with them is agonizing at best. Is there a way for me to
access their pc via the internet using TCP/IP address and some sort of
password(s) that they may have set up?

If your both running XP (Pro or Home) look at using Remote Assistance. Go to "Start ->
Help and Support" and search on the string 'remote assistance'...

I recommend you both install Windows Messenger. Your parents can issue an invitation using
messenger...
