Accessing a folder

[Ana tull]

I've been tryning to get info.on accessing a folders
named C:\Documents and Settings|Ana Tull.
I performed a search and the response I'm getting is
stating that the folder may be located on an unavailable
volume or protected with a password. Two weeks ago I've
was downloading updates and I shut down my computer before
it finished downloading. How do I get access to this
folder again.
