Accessibility Feature in wondows xp

Hello:
I was playing around with the accessibility feature on my
computer to see what all it did. Its got the magnifier,
keybourd, and were you can enlarge the fonts, etc. Well
anyways, I got everything back to the way it was supposed
to be except for the very top bar at the top of my
windows that has the red X, maximize, and minimize are
very small still. How do I get these back to regular size
If I even can. I cant do a system restore cause I had the
restore feature turned off for security reasons cause of
infected emails i was receiving. I hope someone can help.

2 suggestions; either:

Go to the display control panel, themes or appearance tab, and re-apply your
current theme.
Go to the display control panel, go to the appearance tab, click the
"advanced" button and changing the size of the titlebar from there.
