deleting accessibility definitions

Hello
after "playing around" with the accessibility wizard, the top part of all my
windows (where the close, restore/maximize and minimize window buttons are)
turnd very thin. hoe do i change that back to the normal view?
OS: Win XP home, SP2

Right click the Desktop.
Click Properties > Appearance tab > Advanced button.
In the Upper window (Preview window) click on the Title bar where the words
"Active window" are.
It should now show "Active title bar" in the Items selective dropdown box.
Change the size to 18 (default).
Click Ok > Apply > Ok.
