Access97 and Win XP HOme

After a recent upgrade to Win XP Home on a new computer and monitor, Access
97 seems to be working fine although I have had to alter some field sizes.
Some problems however seem unusual - when previewing a form for printing, I
cannot view it because the bottom margin defaults to 244mm and despite my
changing it and saving, it continues to default. I am using anEpson LQ 400
dot matrix printer. Furthermore, the printer does not have a wide variety of
page sizes available for selection (there are usually at least 15 but I only
have about four).

Is Acc 97 fully compatible with XP and can anyone suggest a remedy for the
above?
