Not directly.

With a split application (front-end contains queries, forms, reports, macros
and modules, back-end contains tables and relationships), you can put logic
in your front-end database to backup the back-end database as long as no
other users are trying to use it.

Another approach might be to use MichKa's TSI SOON (Shut One, Open New)
database add-in, which would let you fire up another database that would
backup your "current" one
