Access to Windows Update problem

When I open http://update.microsoft.com site I get error 0x8DDD0003.

Control Panel Automatic Updates options are configured to "Turn off
Automatic Updates" and grayed out on my system.

Group Policy editor does not show any configured properties related to
Automatic Update and Windows Update.
Automatic Updates stays gray even when I set "Configure Automatic Updates"
to 5.

How can I enable upgrades?

Windows Update is not support in XP Embedded. The reason is not to blow up
small images when Windows Update see missing features of a customized image.
If you want Windows updates ,you have to use a server with WSUS.
