I receive the message "Access Denied" due to security
settings when trying to go to commandsoftware.com. I
can't update my virus program.
Any ideas on how I can change my security settings?

By "security settings", I assume you are referring to Internet Explorer
security.

Try clicking on the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Then click on
the Security tab. From there, you can modify your security settings.
