Access to single site

Hey there, I am having trouble accessin the site, http://www.cykit.net/
Everyone else can access it but me. I have contacted the administrators
there, they say that I wasn't banne or anything, all that comes up is that it
is taking too long to respond when using firefox. I even tried to use
Internet Explorere, and no luck. Is there anything that could be blocking
access to that site? TIA!
 
Can you ping the site? ANy security softeware installed on the machine? If
so, try disabling it and loading the site.
 
Nope, cant ping the site, cant get into the site's ftp, can't get into its
cPanel, nothing! I disabled the windows firewall and spyware software, no
luck.

Well I got into it now, I just renewew my ip, I guess it has to do with thier
server, it must have banned me. but then cant find it!?
