Access to "Secure" websites

Susan

I recently installed several "recommended" Microsoft
updates at the recommendation of my ISP. After I
downloaded all the updates I can no longer access my
internet banking sites. I can access their home pages,
but cannot enter the "secure" pages for my banking info.

I have been in contact with my ISP and they are unable to
fix the problem. They suggested I try to download
Netscape as a browser and try from there (I use IE 6),
however it will not download...it encounters an error.
There next suggestion was to contact Microsoft as they
have had several customers who have the same problem;
ie: they install the updates, but can no longer access
secure websites.

Can anyone help?

They advised you to start using Netscape? ...the losers are on crack! You
should ditch them and pronto!
