access to internet

have a problem on one username only when attemting to connect to aol, fails
to connect and screen is much enlarged and indistinct .....is this safe mode?
other usernames connect through ok with no change to display or accessibility
to aol. regards
 
are you referring to an XP username? or aol username? if XP then check the
display settings. try setting the color to 800x600 or similar to the other
user accounts.
 
Try control-panel,internet connections,L.click on the icon,then in L.sub menu
select,"repair this connection",close out,restart computer.

thank you but this did not work as connection could not be repaired,
suggested contact network maintainer or provider ericardlussa
