access to certain web sites

Good morning, I have been having problems accessing some sites. I reloaded
windows xp home edition, and did not help.So i went to the resore point and
that helped me I can now get in 3 sites but not all site. My main site is
ionthunder. com and connot get into this site. my pc shuts down.Does anyone
know or can help me get into this site. Thank you

Are you using Internet Explorer?

Are you using Microsoft AntiSpyware?


What Firewall are you using?

Turn your Firewall back on and look in the Event Logs.
