Access to calendar

Hi,

We run Office XP on three Windows 2000 machines, no
Exchange Server.

I want my PA and Secretary to be able to see my calendar,
and put appointments in it.

They use normal desktops, and I use a tablet PC.

Yes, we are already networked, so how we set up this
arrangement ? The documentation is not clear how we can
achieve this without Exchange Server.
