Access to a Snap server

I have a snap server that holds a file that is viewed on a
local intranet web page. All users in 3 different sites
have no trouble accessing this file. There is one site
that cannot. The Snap server is listed in Network
Neighborhood, but they are unable to open and browse the
share. The domain controller on-site (where the problem is)
is set up as a BDC, secondary DNS, and primary WINS.
Anybody have any ideas?

In the Snap server properties on that machine, do you have the WINS address
set? Check WINS to make sure that the IP address listed for the name of the
Snap server is the IP that it's currently configured with.
