domain.com is no longer in MMC snap-in after "trying" migrate to ADI DNS

We have 3 DC's which were running mixed mode, all finally up to Windows 2000. We switched to native mode on the PDC, then I proceeded to change DNS Forward and Reverse Lookup Zones from Standard Primary and Standard Secondaries on our domain.com (active directory name space) to Active Directory Integrated
I clicked change mode on former pdc, pdc emualtor and it switched both zone types no problem

I UNDERSTAND I SHOULD HAVE DELETED THE STANDARD SECONDARY's before doing that, but I learned the hard way

I tried to switch the remaining STandard Secondaries to Active Directory integrated and it worked on the Forward lookup Zone of the BDC, it would not work on the reverse lookup and kept returning "invalid zone

After rebooting all servers, the domain.com no longer appears in the MMC for DNS. Is it supposed to? We are having long log on times and I can not force replication. I've checked and synched the time via net time

How can I either go back to Primary and Secondary, or return domain.com to DNS MMC Snap-in.

I'm not sure what is happening, but it sounds like you should reinstall the
AD zone. Here is the KB on that, follow it closely.
