.domain.com in DNS (W2K3)

Hello,

I use windows 2003 as public DNS servers. I want to forward domain.com
(without www. !!!) to my IIS server.

How do I set this in DNS?

For some reason I have to fill in something during the creation of a
CNAME or A record.

Note: this is not a question on how to create an A or CNAME record, I
know how to do it. Also IIS is not an issue. I just can not find a way
to forward .domain.com to the IIS server. www.domain.com works fine.

Thanks!

Create an A record and leave the name field blank.
