Hi there,
Is there anything I should tune up on a windows 2000 terminal server or
on the XP clients? Transferring files back and forth from windows XP clients
over the WAN seems slow while comparing to NT4 clients.

Check the link speed in the NIC settings. By default they are set to Auto
in XP, try changing them to 100 Full.
