This is just a guess, but Access needs to know what kind of printer
you're using, so it can format the Reports properly. Have you set up a
default printer? When you try to print using MS Word, do you have any
trouble?
I sometimes have to change my default printer, as I occasionally want to
print to a text-only file or to the fax program instead of to my inkjet
printer. This affects what Access does with my Reports.
