Access Problem

Hello everyone
I just ended to setup 2 separate domains/sites W2k3 in same forest, they're
both connected by vpn.

the 1 domain is in 192.168.2.x/24 and the second domain is in
192.168.3.x/24, in each domain i have 1 domain controller with 1 nic and
rras enable to accept and make vpn connections.
both domain controllers have DNS, Wins and RRas installed

The problem is when i try to access to my networkplaces i dubleclick in the
remote domain and gives me a error that the domain isn't accessible or i
don't have the necessary permissions to access...
But if i type \\computername then i can access to the machine, i tried to
ping the ip address on both remote systems and it's ok to....
I can ping the dns domain
I can ping the machine names

The problem is only when i try to access to my networkplaces and click the
domainname??

Both domain controllers have eachother dns names (automat. replicated trough
active directory), AD replication seams to be working fine, in the sites
menu i have 2 different sites with two different subnets attrib to each
site.
I was trying to see where the problem was and i notice that the wins servers
weren't replicating each other because they see the remote wins server only
by their vpn address, for example, my second domain server is 192.168.3.254,
and vpn address is 192.168.2.99.
My server in first domain domain controlleris in 192.168.2.254, in wins
replication information says that he couldn't replicate with 192.168.2.99
because he isn't in replicated partners, do i have to add the ip address
192.168.2.99 as replicat partner instead of the name of the remote wins
server?? Is this anything to do it my problem in my network places? is any
way to configure this in better way than it is now??

Thanks for your time.
Regards.
