Access has started asking for an account name & password
What have I done?

It sounds like you or somebody you know has secured the database you
are trying to use. Try asking this question in a more relevant Access
newsgroup for more help.

This may be caused by a known issue with Access. Yes, you should post in
an Access newsgroup, but you can also try searching Microsoft and
Google for something like "MS Access password bug" and see what you
get.
