Access of hotmail from Outlook 2002

I have had problem accessing Hotmail from Outlook 2002. It returns
synchronization error. Has anyone similar problem and overcome?

please tell me more about your synchronization error.
Is there any failure message?
 
The following is the error message received when I try to send and receive.
Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing
work and restart the program.'

Any number of restarts including reboot does not help.
 
Hi Ram

Open Internet Explorer:
Tools >Internet Options >Privacy
click Edit, Type Hotmail.com, click "Allow"

Shut down and restart Outlook and try sending mail.

I tried exactly as you said but still the same error occurs. Any other
tip please?
