Access 'Make Private' files after System Crash

Hi All,

I had made a personal folder on my pC 'PRIVATE'.... However, a day
ago my XP crashed.. and I installed WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL once
again.... but now I am not able to access the files...

Please help
