Okay, i deleted this one account, but now i realize it has all my pictures in
it. But i secured it or whatever so no one would get into my files. How do i
get in there?

PS Im using XP Home

Read it again, it also works for Homw as well!

How do i boot in safe mode?

This is the simplest way, start>run and type

msconfig

go to Boot.ini, put a checkmark in /SAFEBOOT, then Apply and Restart your
computer.

Once in safe mode, make sure you uncheck the /SAFEBOOT or you will always
boot into safe mode.
