I have re-installed Windows Home Edition and created new
user accounts. Now I cannot access the old folder,
subfolders and files from the old accounts. From an
earlier post I was informed that I have to reboot in safe
mode to access the security tab. This allows me to change
ownership and grant permissions to one folder at a time. I
have tried clicking the check box for "Replace permission
entries on all child objects..." but this still does not
propagate down to subfolders or files. I have to go to
this dialog for each sub-folder and file. Is there an
easier way?
