Access is Denied attempting to delete folder...

I have a folder I cannot delete. I've gave myself full control via the
security tab, but still can't get rid of it. I've tried from Safe Mode as
well as from the repair console. I got it to prompt me if I was sure I
wanted to delete it via command prompt, but it didn't delete it. Can't seem
to change the attributes either. I'm not very savvy at DOS commands and
have trouble navigating, so any detailed commands would be appreciated. If
it helps any, it's a Windows folder created from a crashed install of
Longhorn that after a BSOD, continued to install on another partition. It's
the partition that I install all my Program Files to, so I don't want to
toss too many files around to get the task complete.

Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks, I finally figured it out through Advanced Security Settings for
Windows and had to check Replace permission entries on all child objects...

Cheers,
Jeff
