I use Windows XP pro. My Windows was crashed and doesn't
bootup. I cann't access to "My Doucments", becuse I was
made it private. How can I access to "My Doucments"?

If you mean that you encrypted the files, you would have needed to back
up your encryption key on some sort of removable media. If you
encrypted the files and no longer have the key, then the files are
irretrievably lost. If you didn't encrypt them, then you will need to
take ownership of the files. Look for "take ownership" in your Help &
Support.

Login as 'Administrator'
Open properties of the folder in Question
Click on Security
You then need to grab Ownership of the files
so that you can view them again.
