Access for multi-disabled students MS Publisher

I teach multi-disabled students Desk Top Publishing using MS Publisher on
Windows XP. I do use the keyboard shortcuts from the Microsoft site but,
does anyone know of any other keyboard shortcuts that are not listed?

Additionally does anyone have some safe but simple solutions to aid access
in a computer environment for these students

I am also putting together some open learning materials for new Tutors to
assist them when they are teaching computer skills to disabled students I
would value suggestions on what people thought should be included in this.

You'll do better to go through the very large amount of information on
Microsoft's accessibility site here:

http://www.microsoft.com/enable/

A quick look shows me that there are tutorials, guides by impairment,
Accessibility Resource Centers, and lots of other help for you.
