How do I set it up to automatically load a particular access database when I
open Access?

Just a question to consider: How programs do you have that load a
specific file on opening?

The way one usually gets the result you want in Windows is to create a
shortcut to the /file/ you want to open and use that.

I can't think of any way to do so. Instead, create a Shortcut on your
desktop (or in an appropriate folder) that explicitly opens the
desired database, and use the shortcut rather than opening Access from
the "Programs" folder.

Drag a form from the DB window to your desktop?
