Access Crashing

When I take a particular Access2000 database (J1) that I
created at home, and open it at work, it causes Access to
crash. To make things more complex, it will only crash if
I have opened another database prior to it. If J1 is the
1st database that I open, Access will NOT crash.

Anyone have any ideas?

I do at home, but I don't know if any are loaded at work.
I would have to find out.
