access contact management phone line

What do I need other than a phone land line and a pc, in order to use access
to call contacts from my computer? I plan on using a telephone headset. Do
I need special modems or other equipment or software?

A computer modem and the TAPI.dll (which should be located at
C:\Windows\system32\) should be sufficient. In Access you should find the
appropriate code in the Command Button Wizard, under Miscellaneous.
