Access Code Editor and Mouse Wheel

The mouse wheel works when it's over the Project window.

Is there a way to get it to work in the Code window?

It seems to be based upon which window has the focus. Otherwise
all your windows would scroll at the same time.

Have you tried to click inside of the code window?
